The road just south of the village always floods at times of heavy rain. The Parish Council has reported that the flood water hasn’t been able to drain away this time and is still causing problems. It’s been reported to WC who say: “This issue is under investigation. We are aware the water is taking longer than it usually does to clear and will arrange for the gully emptier to attend as soon as it can.”
