A message from the case officer:

The determination deadline for this application is likely to be extended beyond the current date at the end of the month, as the applicant is in the process of responding to the objection raised by the Environment Agency and revising the Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy.

Officers are discussing the proposal with the applicant’s agent, and … are in the process of seeking an extension of time to the current determination period, to allow for a full consultation and appraisal of the application before any decision.  

The application for the site on fields at Little Chalfield was originally submitted in March ’23. A decision now looks unlikely before the spring of ’25.
