The present version is widely disliked, particularly as it often gives insulting replies to those who use it to report problems. Despite this it has over 45,000 registered users, and is the most efficient way to report highways defects, fly-tipping, overgrown vegetation etc. You can also report via the MyWilts webpage.
The app will update automatically, and is compatible with devices that support iOS 16 and Android 10 and subsequent versions.

As with any update, everything will go wrong to start with, but any issues are likely to be resolved within a year or so.
