The present version is widely disliked, particularly as it often gives insulting replies to those who use it to report problems.  Despite this it has over 45,000 registered users, and is the most efficient way to report highways defects, fly-tipping, overgrown vegetation etc. You can also report via the MyWilts webpage.
 
The app will update automatically, and is compatible with devices that support iOS 16 and Android 10 and subsequent versions. 
Cases raised in the previous version of the app can still be accessed.
 
This this will be the first major renovation of the app, including:  

• Improved user interface, better navigation and improved look and feel
• Improved ‘cases’ section to easily view and manage reported cases in one place
• Ability to save partially complete case submissions as draft, even if offline

• Map view of all cases
• Improved mapping and offline reporting
• Improved image upload feature
• Bug fixes
• Improved design of several highways forms

As with any update, everything will go wrong to start with, but any issues are likely to be resolved within a year or so.
